Individual Consulting
This form of consulting provides managers with the opportunity to discuss work-related problems in confidence with a qualified expert and then to develop solutions together. However, a coach is more than just an expert, a coach also acts as a "social mirror" who makes it possible for clients to deal with their own blind spots. The coach encourages clients to give up counterproductive patterns of behaviour that stop them achieving their goals. He supports them in their efforts to develop strategies and try out new methods of analysing, considering and solving problems.

Problem Solving Strategies
During coaching, the coach and the client work together to uncover rigid ways of thinking and attitudes, emotions and patterns of behaviour that create obstacles to success, as well as ineffective problem-solving strategies. The range of options for changing a situation is enlarged. Coaching provides development assistance for the inner career.
